Information You Give

As you navigate through Fulfilera, we and our third-party providers may collect information such as the pages you visit, search terms, device information, operating system, and other user interactions.

Payments

While you make transactions on the Platform with the help of our third-party payment partners, we collect information such as IP address, how and when the payment was made. In cases of recurring payments, we may collect information such as the last four digits of the card, card type, country of issue, and a token that represents your account.

Surveys

We may invite you to participate in user surveys where we may request additional information like your gender, race, and your skills. This is to help better improve the Platform and make it safe and inclusive for all people.

With Creators

When purchasing a product or joining a membership, we provide your information such as display name, phone number, and email address to the creator. We also provide creators the extra information they may require from their customers.

With Third Parties

We will never sell your data to any third party. We share your data with our service providers to assist us in providing certain services such as analyzing how the platform is used, processing of payment and settlement, email marketing, and awareness.

These providers are obligated to secure the data they receive either directly from you or that we share with them. The information you share with the platform is also available to the Company and is bound by this same policy.

In the case of financing, liquidation, acquisition, or merger, we may share your information with our partners.

In order to protect our users' rights and integrity of the Company and the Platform, we may share information about you if we are reasonably required to comply with the local laws, legal process, and government requests.

Data Security & Retention

We value the security of your personal information and as such we protect this data according to generally acceptable standards. We provide our contact details where you can report individual creators or products that go against our policies. Our support team will investigate and act appropriately.

As much as we try to secure your information the best way possible, we cannot guarantee you absolute security since no method of data transmission or storage over the internet is 100% secure. In case of any data leaks or breach, we will promptly notify you.

We will only retain personal information on our servers for as long as is reasonably necessary as long as we are providing Services to you. If you choose to delete your account which you can do through your dashboard settings, your information is stored on our servers to the extent necessary to comply with regulatory obligations and for the purpose of fraud monitoring, detection, and prevention.

Where we retain your Personal Data, we do so in compliance with limitation periods under the applicable law.

Third Party Links

We do not moderate the sharing of links to other sites on the Platform. Clicking on any external link will redirect you to the site and we cannot guarantee you the safety of such sites or protect you from frauds like phishing and so on.

Children's Privacy

Children under the age of 13 are not permitted to operate or create accounts on any product of Fulfilera.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to make changes to this policy at any time and by continuing to use the platform you agree with them. When we make changes that adversely affect your rights under this policy, we let you know by sending an in-app notification to you on the Platform.
